wsahed the valve cover with a wax/grease remover, then scufed it up a bit with scotch brite pad... then used dulpicolor graphite wheel paint...

Yeah, I am curious as to how well the wheel paint will withstand the heat from the engine...looks good though!

Bleh, rage2 is always busy and Toma's closed... Those Home Depot couplers suck so bad man... Waiting for the new charge pipes to be painted and then I gotta get brackets made for the new IC and bring the BOV home... 2 weeks. Yeah, and wtf is up with that rust. The person who made it must've cheaped out on material :dunno: :guns:

the wheel paint withstands heat up to 350-400F... ill snap some picts next weekend after a week of driving..
Just gotta make sure you clean it really well with a strong degreaser

sorry i dont have close ups. i had the red one done about 4 years ago and it was cheap! $40 for the intake, and $30 for the valvecover. the blue one was a little more, i guess they werent making enough.
