CSI?? Paid for parts, received half, no contact

Hey guys, don't post here much but the consensus on 780 is that I turn to the pro's for some help on this matter.


Cliffs notes: I paid $4000 for the turbo kit for my car, I've received about 60% of my parts, the rest have not come. The owner of the company has cut off contact with me and I cannot contact him in any way while he continues to ship parts to other customers and update his facebook page for his company.

Throughout the whole ordeal I constantly got "I'm so sorry, I'll make this up to you" from him which you can see each example of in the MR2OC thread.

Update, some of my parts have been shipped, a large quantity are still in limbo and Baktash has ignored my ultimatum of getting back to me today with a timeline of when to expect the rest of my parts. I'm done with this clown, feel free to fire it back up fellas, who knows, maybe I'll actually get the shit I payed for??

Baktash is known for the incredibly shitty customer service. He's had hundreds of negative feedback posts and is no longer a vendor at mr2oc.

My first post regarding this was on MR2OC on july 19th 2011, I just recently brought it to Beyond to get some help getting it dealt with.

Yes, alarm bells were going off, but he was at least in contact with me for the first few months spoon feeding me lies as to why it was taking longer, now it's the complete lack of contact which makes things more serious.

Went out and bought $1000 worth of stuff to finish the car myself, not waiting on Baktash's clown show any longer. Went to install the 44mm MVR that I ordered from him, found he flanged my manifold for a 38mm, so went out and bought one. If anyone needs a 44mm MVR in silver BNIB, I've got one. Another testament to this moron not recording what I ordered, just slapping together a POS turbo kit with what he "thinks" I wanted. Found the intercooler piping doesn't even come close to fitting, and even if it did, I'd have about 3" in front of the turbo to fit an intake on, the intake pipe he provided is not even in the realm of being able to fit in the engine bay, a meth head would have provided a better solution. The pedestal for the A2W core has 3 holes...there aren't 3 bolts that even come close to lining up with them, so it will have to be secured by one bolt only. All the intercooler piping will have to be re done, and the 4" downpipe is a joke I don't know why he even sent it to me because, again, there's no way in hell it works in the engine bay. Tried calling, texting and of course nothing, he's turtling again. Don't know what to do at this point, the word frustration doesn't even begin to describe what I'm feeling right now.
