I'm currently using a twice a day multi-vitaman from GNC but I'm curious to see if there are better brands out there.
What does every one use for a mens multi vitaman?
The people at GNC told me that a twice a day is better then a one a day formula.

I have been using ACT Multi Pro for about a year now.
http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/ast/multi-pro.html
It is on the cheaper end, I know the one by ON is supposed to be pretty good and Controlled Labs also has one.

You seem to not be able to spell vitamin so this leads me to believe you are very young and taking a product intended for adults.
You're going to wanna ask your parents or the next time they take you to the doctor for a checkup ask the doctor what he recommends for such a young child.

I take Life Force Naturals, it ranked fairly high on a comparison between 500 different brands, not crazy expensive either, $40 for 3 months supply

I'm 29 but always been bad at spelling :)
what do the multi-VITAMINS for "men" have in them compared to a unisex vitamin? I also go to the gym about 3-4 times a week if that makes a difference in picking a vitamin...
Is it true that I should be staying away from a multi vitamen with iron?

89coupe takes Usana Essentials. Only the best of the best for one of Beyond's OG ballers.
Is he an OG or just a baller?

Have tried Vitamin Code for Men and would do it again, but it's a bit pricey. http://www.transformyourhealth.com/gardenoflife/vcmen.htm

after much research I think i'm going to give Opti Men a try. It rated very high on supplementreview.com .
I was almost sold on NOW ADAM but Opti men has a slight edge.
I'm going to try them both and see what I like
Here is the link to Opti Men if anyone is interested.

Did you tries One a Day?Most multivitamins for men contain no iron at all. They also contain extra selenium,a mineral, and vitamin E to help prevent prostate problems.

I use Orange Triad as well. Only thing I hate about multi-vitamins is how big they are:banghead:
Just re-ordered some from Bodybuilding. Shipment should be here soon:clap:

Animal Pak is great, but now they label their product as 'Processed on equipment that handles peanuts' so I swapped to Allmax Vitastack.

I've been taking the optimen ones for some time now but my supply has finally run out. It's only been a couple of weeks since my last one and I can definitely see a difference in my performance, mood, energy levels, sex drive you name it. I need to replace it as soon as possible.
The kicker? I live in China and the products here are crap or hugely expensive imports. I am about 2 hours from hong kong though and will be making a trip there this weekend. Does anyone know a good brand that is available there? I know there are a few GNCs there but I don't know too much about their Chinese products. Suggestions?
