How the hell do i post a picture

I know im probably going to get trolled mega hard for this but how on earth do i post a picture properly, i wouldnt mind making a spotted post but with out pictures it be gay and i have all my pictures in a JPG format how do i do this.

tinypic.com upload pic, copy the IMG code and past in reply. change the [img] with [bimg] is the photo is large and you only want a preview. you can click the image to view full size.

you can add them as attachments, but it will look like a tiny thumbnail, and youre limited with size
