Does anyone have one, I picked one up at the recent home and garden show.

So far I am very happy with it. I however haven't made a smoothie taste quite as good as the one he did at the demo. I'm thinking maybe it is because I didn't buy that powder that he puts in and I don't use anything for a sweetener I am thinking about putting in some Stevia or maybe some Honey.

It makes great Slurpies for the kids, it just took about three attempts to figure out the right ratio of ice cubes to can of pop. Also for the kids and the overflo for me  it will easily make a milkshake that TASTES as good as Peters, just not as thick.

I've been unsuccessful in getting a good soup recipe. I'll have to keep experimenting.

If anyone else has a review or their own recipe please post it up.

apple juice is good for shakes, its what i use as the liquid in my protein shakes.

Protein(vanilla ice cream flavour) + frozen strawberries + frozen blue berries + ice + apple juice = amaze

I got the Ninja KS1200. It's like 90% of a vitamix for 1/3 the price, and it is not dependent on liquid at all (can crush ice into snow without a drop of water) which is something the vitamix cannot do. For me it works out better.
