I would have thought it would be at Canadian Tire, Home Depot or Bed Bath and Beyond but it's not listed on any of their websites. It's surprisingly hard to find!

I've seen identical products at Can Tire, walmart, superstore, michaels, safeway, coop.. may have had different names, but it's available everywhere.

Were you looking specifically for the Scotch brand? If not, there are lots of alertnatives. Any art supply shop should have them. I'm sure Micheals/walmart has them too (they are often blue in color)
