Are you going to be running 91 octane alone? Were you thinking of Meth injection?

Shell 91 this year. I think with these turbos on pump gas I will reach the limits of the stock engine. So I don't think meth is needed.

Apparently our cars run better on shell 91 over husky 94.

I would also love a chance to get some P-box #'s. How much are those things worth? How difficult are they to use?

You can buy them for $500. They are super easy to use.

Most do. We tried husky 94 and could put no more timing on my cars. In the Acura, we have it wound up pretty good, and anything but Shell 91 or Husky 94 will show knock count on hills at cruise.
The difference is that Shell 91 get's better milage, and is easier to find on trips.etc.

Looks great, did you weld up Max's coolant pipe fittings? I have mine out and would like the same. PM me the details if you did.

Alpine autowerks welded my coolant fittings. And they did a great job too!

No, as Max mentioned, Alpine did it. I could certainly take care of it for you though.

More pics of the "build"...

3.5" 321 stainless off of the turbo into inconel expansion joint, tapered into 3" into the mufflers. Not very loud. Should sound incredible at boost.

Do you have the car back and tuned now?

Revhard: No disrespect, beautiful work but I just can't hold back any longer. Why do you have to keep using those butt ugly heavy duty tri-clamps? Next time you are talking to Trent or Bert ask them to get you some of the lighter band clamps, they look like v-band clamps, grip just as well and weigh half as much... Also are you using the teflon gaskets or making your own copper ones? The teflon doesn't hold up for long.

None taken. I didn't like them much at first, but the regular clamps just won't take any abuse. I'll ask them to show me the lighter ones.
Too many guys scrape and abuse the light duty stuff.
I make aluminum gaskets.

Kw's are amazing. My 996tt is running clubsports, tracked and street driven with great adjustability. Just drove a friends s/c nsx on clubsports as well, impressive.

When are you going to take me for a ride? Clutch broken in and the final tune loaded?
