This kid is out a LOT on this thing. Risking 2500$ fine though.

And yah, the rear right wheel is hanging as much as it looks.

it's gas powered?

there was a guy with a trike type thing in my g/fs parents area that had brushless motors on both rear wheels and had a small trailer like that in the back, fast as hell, couldn't fit on the sidewalk so he just cruised the streets all night, capable of 60-70 km/h i'm sure.

Yep gas. Seems 1 speed only, I'd guess around 40. He's out a LOT, sometimes the paved alleys sometimes the main drive.
