looking for a car

hi...im looking to buy a sports car around the late 80's early 90's...i dont want a civic/tercel..nothing slow...something that can hold its own and can be souped up HEAVILY..anybody have one for sale or no of a good car for sale let me know

Well I just had mine advertized for 2 weeks and nobody even wanted to see it, I put it in the bargain finder for more money and got over 28 calls before lunch on thursday, sold that afternoon. Tell ur friend to put it in the bargain finder.

well my dads gonna be paying it anyways....but he dont wanna pay that much for a stang..

how much are you looking to spend? usually older turbo cars like the talon and 300zx aren't that reliable. only car i can think of is a nissan 240sx. stock it's not that fast but you can do a engine swap in the future.

Well...by the looks of it, you might as well just go buy a car thats already knocked up nice and good. Your looking for an older car, but dont know about installs, maintinance or repairs, which is bound to happen sooner or later on cars older than the last 5 production years, and your not the one paying for it. You also dont want to pay for someone else to do the mods, so your options are pretty limited.

Scour the B. Finder for cars already "Souped Up", maybe check other Calgary based "For Sale" sections or maybe fortune will smile upon you and one will come along right here on beyond.ca

As for insurance, get used to it. At your age, it doesnt matter what you drive, its going to be high. My car is 18 years old, and I pay 213 dollars per year less on that, than I would on a New Jetta. It sucks...
