Worked there....

It is not Salary + Commission.. Only during training will you receive a salary. Hours are long and in your first year you will not be making 100+ or anywhere near it. Only their top salemen earn near that and thats only after doing this for years and building a client base. Oh and they typically work 8am-9pm mon-sat.

Commissioned sales position. Entirely dependent on your skills and ability to sell. Realistically, without a proven track record or history of sales, most likely under 40K, but that's not to say there isn't a lot of potential if you're good at sales. I know a guy in our area that has made over $200K the last few years.
