My company car has been offered to me for a buyout.
2010 Ford Escape
99,000 kms
4 cyl
AWD
good condition. I've had it since day one and always maintained well.
The buyout price is $12,100 including all taxes etc.
Also comes with a set of blizzack winter tires.
Any thoughts on what this thing is worth?

The value depends heavily on the trim level and options it has, but it sounds like a pretty good deal to me.

Using the CBB link provided a 2010 Escape XLT 4cyl AWD no leather or anything value is $8,463 to $11,088. Note this is Trade in value so that's what a dealer would give you roughly.

At dealers they seem to range from $16k-$25k...assuming you have the XLT it seems to fall in the middle. Those blackbook values seem low, but then again they always are.

Thanks for the replies.
It is the XLT model, with the 4cyl and awd.
No leather, no sunroof etc.
Just the basic options (drivers power seat, airconditioning, power windows, door locks etc). It doesn't have a lot of fancy features at all.
Looks like 12k is a fair price, as it's in really nice shape and I did maintain it well.
The asking prices privately and at dealers are quite high, but it's hard to determine that actual "market value".
Thanks for all of the help

Wholesale $13,406
Retail $16,146
Sounds like a great deal.
