Are there any Audi owners here that got the convenience plan from Glenmore Audi?

Is it worth it? Do they perform all the repairs without much hassle?

Thanks in advance!

I'm not sure, this is what they sent me:

AUDI CONVENIENCE
* Repair damage to interior fabric or leather ie. tears, scratches, spills.
* Repair of windshield chips & one windshield replacement! (approx. $750 value)
* Paintless dent removal
* Key & Keyless remote replacement

Audi Care is the maitenance package

Audi Convenience is different as listed above, what do they charge for that?

If you're going to do it, 60 months seems like the best $/year ratio.

But if you don't tend to damage your leather or loose your keys, it seems like a bit of a waste.

would be worth it just for the windshield replacement though

Seems like a good deal to me. If you use any one of those services it gets close to paying for itself.

If you're DDing your car and parking near other vehicles, I'd say it's worth it.

Dent Clinic charges up to $150 for a single dent removal, so I'd say the combination of Alberta's gravel assault on your windshield and the likelyhood of your vehicle getting dinged at the local supermarket, you'll probably come out ahead.

I think it's a great deal, I'm only concerned about how hard is it to get them to do the work.

You'll go through a windshield in 60 months in Calgary (do they keep repairing or a true Audi replacement?), you might lose your keys as well (I lost mine... Audi key/fob would be north of $400 I bet). Seems a break even at best unless your windshield is something special with heated wiper elements, etc. Might be worth it if you have coverage outside of Calgary. Say you damage your windshield in Kamloops, is it covered? I'd take it, if the fine print is stable enough, I'd also be making a key fob claim (seem to have misplaced it... LOST!) and getting every dent repaired.

I would go read the fine print as qualification for replacement/repairs.

Windshield. I don't think Audi has HUDs, non-HUDs rain sensing approved windshield is roughly $400. Some shops are cheaper and some are more.

Dents, I don't park like an ass, got none in 2 years.

Fobs, I don't lose fobs.

Leather, there are wears but not to the extend where repair is needed.

So I would say at best you break even.

Make sure there's no deductible.
