Holy:facepalm: for the million dollars does it include a full reno at sellers expense :dunno: I would think that would sell at below market

It would probably sell if it was in Bragg Creek on a couple acres..

I could understand the decor if the owner is really into this stuff but what's with the concrete fence within the wooden fence? :dunno:

I remember a show home decorated very similar to this in Church Ranches, and i liked it. Im sure its going to be a tough sell in Cranson, not too many Cowboys looking to buy up a spread there ;)

Some serious "Get the gimp" theme going on with the bed and whatever that closet is supposed to be. Each photo I was certain it could not get worse, oh but it does. Someone can lowball the place, tear out the "hobby gone bad" and flip it.

Looks like a "First Nations" band leader house.

That's where our money goes...just like Africa.

For $1million? Oh... okay. :nut:

Did anybody else notice the bathroom sink make to look like a watering trough made out of a log?

That whole house is just WTF...

Haha holly crap that's quite the house. And the owners think that those modifications will increase the value. Rofl

Like most car modifications, they don't add much to the value of the car when it comes time for resale.

Looks like the car had a bit of an accident.

I would think this would be priced the same as a grow-op house. Maybe a bit higher with no mould, but it's a complete gut job. That’s for sure. It must be our tax dollars at work, surly no one would use their own money to do that. :guns:

Thats just crazy! To pay a millon for a house in Cranston even if it were on the ridge is just insane all in itself let alone a house that is this specifically built/decorated. At a million youre already at the very narrow end of the market and then you have to find someone who appreciate/loves or is obsessed with a western theme!?

We should start a betting pool for how many DOM and final selling price! :nut:

That house should be on the reserve.
Nice work at what they did to be honest, really really not my taste though.

 Nicely done, but overdone and it's going to be a hard sell even if the price was right.
