Out Of Province Inspection Needed On PWC Trailer?

Just bought a seadoo from BC that comes with a trailer. Do I need out of province inspection for this trailer? I can't find the info anywhere online!

Nope. Out of provinces are only required for motor vehicles. Trailers are exempt

I got another problem, the seller never put the VIN in the bill of sale. So i simply looked for the VIN on the trailer to write it in...Well the VIN you can barley see because its so sun faded and old.

How do I go about getting a new VIN? I k now in saskatchewan you can do it right in their office.

Did he give you a copy of his BC insurance/registration? If he didn't, try getting a hold of him and getting him to fax it to you.

If the vin is illegible, you have to go through an assigned vin program. It's a bit of a pain in the ass, to say the least
