Looking to buy some new fragrances but don't want to shop at places like Bay, Sears, Shoppers etc that overprice their bottles at $80 when they pay $20 for it.

Heard this place called Perfume Gallarie on 8th Ave SW from an old old beyond thread. Anyone know if thats still in business?

This is easy..

Go to those nice expensive shops. Find the perfume you like. Write down the name, the size of the bottle, and the price. Then go home and use your computer to find it online for much cheaper.

$AVE!

*This can be applied to MANY different things you can buy in stores.

Its still around, the people there are pretty knowledgeable and not pushy.

If your looking for super mainstream stuff ie. Acqua di Gio, 1 Million, Le Male, Dior, Chanel etc, I wouldn't buy it online (especially on E-bay). The real stuff online doesn't offer much of a discount, and there are a huge amount of fakes out there. Online poses great advantages to those who like the more uncommon or niche fragrances.

For the mainstream stuff, I would advise you to get a Shoppers Optimum card and use the shit out of it to take advantage of the bonus redemption events which you can use on fragrances. They have a pretty good selection there. Otherwise wait it out for Duty free or a trip to the states to save a few bucks.

There's a US style perfume outlet in Cross Iron.
