Help! problems with Xperia Play

It seems to be stuck in a boot loop.
It just does the routine when it powers up repeatedly.
I was able to find something that sounded like a solution.

However when I do what he did, I get the green light and then I let go and then turn it on it just proceeds to boot loop again.

Does anyone have any advice for me or maybe another link with different tactics.

If anyone is assuming, it is not rooted.

If its under a year send it for warranty :dunno:
