In pics, I wasn't sure if it was better looking than the CLK BS, so I was questioning my decision to upgrade to this car. It looks so different in person, the looks blows away the CLK BS. Not even close. The front view is particular crazy, all you see is radiators in every single opening. There's something like 7 rads on the car to cool it down for track duty. Just looks so mean.

There's noting bad about the cars themselves. It's just the certain people who try to cover up the fact that they got the lower model and intentionally try to make look like they didn't(buying replicas of the higher model wheels, eBay fake exhaust tips, or even rebadging it to say 335i, etc). Hell the 328i has better specs as my old 330 anyways

I think its more when guys buy a C350 and swap exhaust + put on rims and then tell others/brag that is a c63. Or quite common 328's try to be a 335.

Well to be honest, it was already debadged from the previous owner I guess. Both the C350 sign and the 4MATIC sign is removed. Lonestar asked me if I wanted them back on and I said no. I just love the cleaner look. I mean it's such a little thing, but visually it makes a lot of difference, to me at least. I had debadged my Z before it too and loved it, so I decided to keep it like that.

Haha yea, I would never put C63 sign on it or anything of that sort. Although, I love the quad exhaust tips look. Not sure if I would do it, but I just love that look for what it is. Not cause it would make it look like a c63, cause I don't think that's going to happen. Haha

It doesn't look anything like that picture. It's more of a satin finish and changes color in direct sunlight. It's very tough to shoot pictures that represent how it looks. Needs a photoshoot when done. Camera phone doesn't do it justice.

Don't mean to add to the party poopers but I really liked the look of the car in gloss black and feel matte was played out before it even started. I'm sure it will still look bad ass but to me it looked perfect as is.

As for de-badging I've never been a fan. To me it signifies the owner of the car is hiding something or embaressed of the trim level or manufacturer of their car so they hide it by removing their badges.:dunno:

Yes, exact same base color (Obsidian Black Metallic), exact same film (Xpel Stealth), exact same results.

The reason why I decided on the satin finish again is because the shiny black is kind of a black hole, a lot of the lines disappear into the darkness. While photos and editing can make it stand out, in person, it's a big black blob. The satin finish brings those lines back out in person, but is hard to photograph properly.

If that makes any sense... lol
