Looking for a universal FPR. Needs to be able to handle a fairly high pressure and 400Whp.

Dont think the malory will cut it. Isnt Malory's for carburated only?

Remember ka/sr are 43psi stock. I need something that can go 35-60psi 'ish.

mallorys for carbs?!?

LOL, my friends 16v daytona made close to 500hp with this regulator.

i think the malory ones are from 30psi and up.

its has 4 ports, more than you will need. it the best bang for the buck i think. i am going with one of the malory one.

i think the aeromotive ones are too $$$$

Look at there lineup they mostly make them for carbs engines and boats..... The ones for fuel injection did not state PSI bandwith. I have not found the one that states 30 and up PSI.

There are 2 requirements for a FPR, HP(flow rate) and PSI, one can be good for 600hp, but runs at 10 PSI.

Boost dont take this the wrong way as you have been posting positve posts in my threads;

Personally being a smart tuner that is on a budget I would not base my choice of fuel system components on a "i think" in a forum especially. I want a FPR that states its psi specifically so I know exactly what I'm getting, I have 744cc's that need their fuel delivered effectively at 43psi with no guesswork.

Would you be interested in a rising rate regulator like the Vortec FMU?

i personally dont like RRRs, for low boost they are ok, but to fine tune and high boost i think its better to go with a SAFC or E manage.

Hahahaha. Are you serious???

I was looking for a FPR only, as I just need to keep my fuel PSI static, as my whole fuel system is aftermarket, from the pump to the injectors. (except the FPR).:D

I researched it and a few different people were complaining about that FPR, saying that it leaks.

"I've got an adjustable Mallory 4305M (from summit) that I'm not real happy with. It leaked fuel like a sieve and wouldn't hold vacuum. I'm getting it sealed up, but I wouldn't be surprised if it is misbehaving."

For the record Karl get me the aeromotive FPR for a good price under $200.00. It's good for 2000hp! This is what I'm getting.
