I am selling my Wavemaster XXL free standing punching bag. The bag is in good shape and has no tears or rips in the bag. This bag is great and ideal for places that you cant hang a heavy bag. It stands around 6ft tall once standing on the base that you can either fill with water or sand it is up too you. These are alot better than the other wavemaster bags as you can punch and kick this bag and not move it up as the other models you have to move on the pole that goes threw it.

my 6 and 10 year old are in MMA and Kickboxing and would like something to practice at home, would you recomend something like this?
