Potential buyer who had the inspection done couldn't agree on a fair price.

The inspection revealed that the brake pads are 30% and 50%. Eventually they will need to be replaced. I've adjusted the price accordingly, and brought it down a little more for a quick sale.

From $12,100 to $11,400.
