I'm a gmail user, and when I hover over the "[email protected]" address I notice a cute lil picture. Is this one of the mods??

So I can use my Gmail account as a proper email for beyond? I've wanted to change it for a while, as my wife has signed up to a ton of shopping sites, and it's hard to filter out my email from all that spam on my shaw email account. I just see the warning, and don't want to take the chance. But if gmail is cool, I'll switch it up.
