Wow thats nice. Too bad those neighboors have a 2nd level otherwise that back yard would be great for a hot tub. :poosie:

haha, no seriously thats a REALLY nice house in a very desirable location. Very mature area.

Bet it is sold in ten days, shows very well.

A thousand dollars worth of heavy leafy (year round) type trees and the neighbours would be a none event. Hot tubb-ah coming.

I fear a sniper taking a headshot if I were to sit on the sofa in the living room. Back to the window... not in my house.

The astroturf on the front steps leads me to wonder what condition the cement might be in and turf is a bitch to clear of snow and ice in the winter. The place would sell for more once the lawn greens up and the trees are leafy.
