What does a personal trainer cost these days? Ill train you for 75% of that cost! Also I know how to properly squat, deadlift and bench unlike 99.99% of the hacks that call them selves "personal trainers".

Also I only sell 100 session packs unfortunately, financing is not available. Cash only please and thank you. For an optional 10% extra I will often encourage you with motivational phrases like… “Let’s get this set bro”, “Do work son” and “Yaaaahhhh buuuudddddyyy”. Or for the low price of 50% of the going rate of a “personal trainer” I will let you watch me work out and take notes.
100% satisfaction guaranteed!
I have testimony from numerous other workout partners.
Individual results may vary.

You know how I know you know I am legit? Just check out my avatar, come at me bro. You miring?

Sick looks like I'm in that .01%. But seriously tho he's not lying most trainers don't do deadlifts hell most people don't do them. I can show you the way where do you train at?

Also asking for a training partner without giving your goals is retarded. What if someone said yes and there goal is to lose weight and you want to get big. This reminds me of guys that train there girlfriends at the same time as they train themselves. Either chick is turning into Brock lesnar or guy is turning into stick

Luckily for Diesel2005, I much rather workout alone. Also, he probably wouldn't show up at agreed times anyways..

I can beat that, you pay the exec membership at talisman for me and I'll train you. That's $101/month.

Also, like KRyn I'll show you real workouts, not personal trainer circuit training bullshit.

Leave 5x5 out of this, it got me back into the gym in the first place. :D

In all seriousness though, warcaster has me a new program that's kicking my ass.

Haha so cheap bro your info is worth more then that.

Its not hard to get your big 3 up fast as long as you work on your weakness's and build your own programs based off that.

I am unable to take vids of my clients due to the gym I train at (franchise shit) but you can come train with my guys anytime. I have nothing to prove. Ive learned from the some of the best and I just pass it on. My prof in university is the owner of peak power and the man is a genius.

BTW my big lifter is 185 and 5'8ish
Has done a Personal best 535 Deadlift (with straps), 495 touch and go squat x2, and a 335x5 bench.
Mind you he was a beast before he trained with me.

Not all trainers do weight loss bro hate to break it to you.

Ah yah I know everyone over at Peak. Good group of guys over there for sure. Just giving you a hard time! My lifts suck so I am all talk and no big lifts! :D
I don't have much to teach for a $100.00 a month! :dunno:

Seeing how you will prob be waiting for his ass all the time and he will be slowing down your workouts 100 is nothing. Unless its a friend you have no idea how much of pain it is to train someone who is not 100% committed

Dont worry my lifts suck shit right now to because im more into bodybuilding. Today I only did a 260x12 deadlift and my squat is sitting around 245x10
For some reason I like the pumps better then the weight going up nowadays. Anyways my new goal is to deadlift/squat 315 for reps
:bigpimp:

No need to get butthurt buddy. I'm not talking about you, I'm talking about the 99% of trainers that work at goodlife, golds, talisman, pro bodies and ymca (i've trained at all of them) that train skinny fat old men/women who last 2 weeks and never do any real workouts.

Not hurt haha. Its hard to do real workouts with people that get gassed from doing 10 pushups. Ive literally done a consultation with someone that could only do 6 bodyweight squats and was only 190 pounds. Then they proceed to think they dont need to workout and quit.
Luckly this dosnt happen to me to often because I hold my people accountable.

On that note is Diesel2005 training yet?

I guess I didn't really think about that. It's easy to train with someone who has been doing it for as long as you but I can't even imagine being surrounded by noobs 24/7, especially knowing most of them won't make it.
