Manicure/Pedicure (For the Ladies)

So being new to the City and having so many choices my girlfriend is looking for a place to get a good manicure/pedicure done.

She went to a place today and they botched her cuticles on her hands and actually caused her to bleed.

Any beyond ladies want to chime in where they may go or know of a good place?

No! The time has come where men shall band together and prove that we are welcome in mani and pedicure places, and that we will not stand by idly while you women take all of the good mani and pedi places.

Heck just last week my male friend went to get a pedicure and the lady next to him got a way better pedicure. Men deserve the same service as women do!

Try the shellac on mani....love it! They do mani/pedi for $40 and $10 extra for the shellac. Worth it! Lasts me 2-3 weeks if I'm not too rough on em :)

Pretty big place, good for group meets. The draw back is that it's a big shop feel and they're trying to turn over customers, with staff trying to upsell every chance they get. No, I'm not interested in a pedi today, maybe next time, no, I don't want any clear polish please, just a simple classic mani.

It's a Viet shop, so expect the typical chit chat between staff, and just pretend you're nodding your head and smile knowing full well they most likely talkin' shit about you.

Wife dragged me along for first pedicure ever in my life two weeks ago. Feet went from total shit to baby soft. That was the best part. The girls were Asian and knew some English so wasn't that bad. Not sheriff I'd do again.

+1 for butter, frilly Lilly also seems to be good from what I've heard. Those two seem to be the most popular for white women. All the gals I know don't trust the Vietnamese nail salons because they supposedly have poor higene. I couldn't tell ya, other than what I've heard.

I took my gf to frilly lilly for a date night, it was good nice staff very clean and didn't stink like nail polish remover, will definitely go back!
