The birthday thread made me think of this, from time to time we pick up on who was who, but I never keep track of that.

Heres a thread to post what your old account was, how many you've had.. etc. Some of you are proud to have been banned, others have just changed email addresses and forgot passwords. And I'm sure some of you won't admit to your old accounts.

I've only ever had this one since joining in 04. So this is off to a slow start. :rofl:

I had a run in with a few beyond on here under one account. Funny thing is that the same people I got into an argument with on here are now some of the people I share pretty good relationships with.

I've never been banned but did open an alternate account in 2006 or 2007 to promote another website I had going at the time. Used it for a while and switched back to this one that I had originally. I won't reveal the alternate account though some people here know it.

After awhile, he changed the password, and never told me, so I just said screw it, and finally made my own account like 2 years later. I have been "spikers" ever since. It's funny though, any other forum or what not, and I use another name...

Not to mention I help out a few Beyonders on here with their shipping and what not at a pretty good deal, any time I have sold something on here it's been next to nothing (pass the wealth), I used to help out at DTP polishing cars and set up, went to Edmonton with the beyond crew for Edmonton.

I'm just generally a dick online, not any more really than real life, but its easier to get under ones skin on here.

I normally don't flail my e-dick, but it was getting anxious and needed to be let out to breath.

Nismo's jetta still remains as one of my fave VW's. When ben was selling his golf I remember picking up as many shifts as I could (was in highschool) to try and save up to buy it. It sold before I had his asking price together. I was gutted. Too this day, i havent felt compelled to buy anything quite as much as I wanted his golf!

Oh man, I love this place.

Community has flourished, but I guess the core users that made this place feel tight knit and built the feeling of an inner circle have gone on with life or lurk. No matter, the beauty of this forum is locked within the history of its threads gone by.

Old school beyond was unlike anywhere else on the internet because of the dynamics of an exploding forum and the explosion being geographically centralized in calgary. The forum used to be automotive/activities first and then "general" second. New(er) beyond, the membership is so vast and diverse the focus has shifted a bit. Still good info to be found here and there.
