Try in the spice isle, you can sometimes find a powder to mix your own. Just need water and vinegar (I prefer cider vinegar). Good for cramps.

I couldn't find it in Superstore, can you suggest another place?

I want to make pickled eggs.

You needa get in good with a restaurant and get the left overs after they run out of pickles.

the pickling spice is usually where the mason jars are sold.

Why would you buy pre-made when it is so easy to make yourself cheap.
BASIC PICKLE BRINE
1 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar, apple cider vinegar
1 c. water
1 heaping tbsp. mixed pickling spices

Put spices in small bag. Boil all together.

I have used this recipe to spice, pineapple, pears, peaches, beets, hard boil eggs, prunes and figs and apple rings. Just drop fruit in the brine and simmer for about 10 minutes, gently.
