Is this tire still good?? Cracks between treads

I just picked up these tires from kijiji... and noticed they have these hairline cracks inbetween the tread. The sidewall is fine, no signs of wear.

Should i just scrap these tires? google gives conflicting information.

Can you spread the rubber apart and see the metal belt?
Any of the metal belt broken? When installing inflate slowly and check for bulges

can't spread the rubber apart, so hopefully they are good

It looks like it could be a seam from the manufacturing process maybe?
