Hey all, I want to get out of my STI as I have to have more room for the growing family. Deets:

2009 STI
Sportech Package w/Nav and Sunroof
Blue/Gold
NO ACCIDENTS. FACTORY PAINT.
55,000kms
Mobil1 every 5000km with OEM filters
New Air Filter
Nice interior, no rips burns ect
Rally Armor flaps, and Weathertech style floor mats
3m on nose/hood/a-pillars/mirrors
Otherwise, Stock
The Bad:

Light curbage on 3 rims
Some dings from parking lot uckfayces
needs windshield

I need to get out of this asap. My Lease buyout as of today (May 24 2012) is $27708.85 including GST. I need to find out what fees will be charged but I remember it was around $500. I'll find out the exact buyout today. I'll sell for exactly what the buyout is (including fees), no more, no less.

What about a lease transfer?
What's the payment? How many months left and what is the buyout at the end? How many km allowed and price per km if you go over.
Transfer fees on that I am sure.

Sure, lease transfer would be fine. 11 payments left. $680~ a month. I have to find the paperwork for the lease end value but it's pretty damn low if I remember correctly. 21ish?

I'll inquire about the transfer fee when I get a hold of someone at Subaru..

So actual buyout at the end of lease is $20237.80.

The Allowable KM's in the contract is 24000km per year. I have 55000KM's on the car now. Therefore there are 41,000KM's left before you blow over.

End of lease is June 10th 2013, so in reality there's 12 payments left as of today.

Got a hold of Subaru Calgary finally, the end buyout including fees is $28018.60. I'll be buying out the car on Tuesday next week.
