Hahaha I went to one of those 2 years ago.
Fags got me to go door to door in new areas selling high speed internet.
Alright pay but you had to pay for your own travel. I am pretty sure that this is the same deal.
Lots of room for advancement.
Unfortunately I worked for them during their "period of uncertainty" and I was laid off (and never paid an owing wage of $1400)... :(

Just be really careful what kind of position they offer ya.

here is a quote from a friend of mine who currently works at shaw on 32nd...

For the most part they will be hiring for Customer Service Reps, Inside Sales Reps and Technical Support Reps.

The Customer Service Reps start at 13.42/hour + commission, The ISRs (To be avoided) start at $10.00/hour + commission and the TSRs start at around 15.00/hour.

If someone is looking for a higher level tech support or possibly an IS position, they should still check it out and talk to someone for sure.
