G shock fakes

I need to get a new beater watch and had something like this in mind

Looking around it says to avoid fakes look at the back light (full light up vs just the numbers) and how many modes it has.. etc But in an ebay sale like that you cant tell.. The only other thing it says is to look for 3 letters for the day on the display.. Which that sale has, but that could be just some random picture..

Any way to ensure getting a legit one, besides paying $50 more somewhere else with a legit store name :dunno:

Being priced low and coming from china has me wondering.

Same as any other item I buy, if its noticeably cheaper for the same product else where Ill buy it there..WOW or something will charge more to begin with and then nail me with 40$ shipping, and another 40 likely in brokerages once its arrives, that doesnt make sense, because then suddenly the cost is 2x as much..

Problem is in this case, how can you tell.. They have good feed back, can I straight up ask 'is this a legit japanese casio?/ dont waste my time otherwise' seems to be the only way.

G-Shocks are cheap enough to buy retail. eBay shipping will definitely kill your profit margin.

IMO, I wouldn't go to eBay for G-Shock's unless they're rare colors or limited editions. Just buy it at a store and have it now. :)
