So I just spooked off a thief that was searching through our sheds. Lights weren't on in the house so he probably thought nobody was home or asleep. I don't think he got anything since I confronted him pretty quickly and made him run off. The best potential weapons are stored in the shed, so I wasn't about to approach/chase the guy.

Anyways, just thought I'd remind you all that it's worth getting and using locks for your sheds if there's something valuable in them, and chains for BBQs to help deter the scum of the earth. I never really bothered locking the shed before and got lucky this time, but it's nice and sealed up now.

It was dark so I didn't get a good description (called the police anyways), but if you live in/near Bonavista, keep an eye out for a white car prowling the alleys, something like an early 2000s Neon/Cavalier, driven by a 5'10ish average scruffy white guy. He was wearing something like a gray hoody & a blue/black baseball cap, probably with a buzzed head.
