Fantasy 100K Budget Car Choice

Well I got caught up dreaming about what car I'd buy if I had a 100K sitting around collecting dust. Lots of strong, solid choices out there at that price point. Too many options for a poll so just say what you'd get. Doesn't matter if it's new or used, 100K +/- ~10K

For me it would be hands down a 2013 Nissan GTR. Not sure on white or red.

If not, I think my pick would be a Gallardo. Preferably a spyder if I could find one in that price range.

I think id buy several cars adding up to 100k, I just get bored of one car so damm quick. My picks

Performance car: 2006+ Z06 $45,000

Daily driver: 2006-2008 Audi S4 $25,000

Classic car: 1969-70 Chevelle/Cutlass $30,000

If I had to buy one new car it would likely be a ZR1

Whole shit ton of classic Euro and Japanese cars.

I'd have a bunch of various MGs and Triumphs since they're cheap. Some will inevitably become parts cars for the others.

Then a turbo 930. And maybe another old 911 that's NA, to race in.

Figure 40 for a good 930, 15 for a good NA 911, plus another 10 in mods for it. Then 5 each for 3-4 old British sports cars. 5 grand in basic mods for them, shocks, springs, brakes, exhaust that goes brap, etc. Then probably an S30 240z with the 10 grand left.

I was sold on the 2012 GTR but felt so jaded how the Americans had the price listed for 90k when it was $104k in Canada.

I was hesitant to add the "S" for this exact reason...but then again its a 100k +/- fantasy thread haha.

Realistically, a plain ol 993 Turbo would be more suitable given the max of 100k, not impossible to find one in decent shape for that amount of money.

Im lookin at buyin meself a crazy expensive new truck x-mas. Thats damn near 100k. This thread got me thinking of how much more fun I could have for that kinda money. I wonder if I could slide a GT3 through the garage door. I'd be happy with a C4 that I could drive every single day, summer or winter :thumbsup: thats always been my dream. A C4 daily driver. Either that or a Ford GT if ever there was one in that price range. I cant think of a more reliable supercar hahaha.

LOL! Thanks for the kind words. The GE8 was replaced by an Odyssey (to haul babies around) and it shares the garage with a cube. I don't know what the cube is going to be replaced by yet because I'm not done with it. My next car is going to be "unique", that's for sure!

I would take the Vette over the GT-R without hesitation as GTR's is the only supercar that comes with looks only a mother could love. Such a homely car.

997tt or Z06 for me but that would likely change after a more thorough examination of what's available for the price.
