The big news at work today was that two 2013 Escapes had been delivered. One was a factory order (that is, a customer ordered it) and one was just for our stock. VERY nice, I had the chance to drive one and I do like it. I also made sure to take some pictures when I had the chance. Both were SEs with Ecoboost engines.

Wow, really good of them to push for full fuel efficiency.

I hate the styling, its too close to the mazda line. But I appreciate the path Ford is taking.

They look a lot nicer and more interesting than the bland box style of the old ones.

ive seen one on the road already a few weeks back... not sure where it came from though, it indeed caught my eye.

No more BoX, cant wait to wave my foot to open the liftgate!

Our dealer showed one off back in March but it wasn't ours to hang onto. :D It's a big improvement over the outgoing escape, thats for sure. I think I'd still rather save up and spring for an Edge instead though.

We had a '13 Edge in recently with what appeared to be a sport-appearance package. It was white with a colour-matched front grille, among other changes. That looked sharp.

Not a fan of these either, but at least they restyled the rear end to hide the (lack of a) rear drive-train in the economy models. The old model you could spot "cheapness" from a mile away.

looks like a kia to me.. esp from the back end.. i dont like it
