you need to bug many places. dont just hand out resume's with applications, go back and talk to the manager the next day. bug them for a job. it works. There are jobs everywhere for people looking to make like 8 bucks so go get one. Oh ya, this is Alberta related so you may need to adapt a bit for saskatchewan.

Probably any labour type job wouldn't require any prior experience unless it involves special machinery like a forklift or something.

i think tomorrow im gonna go apply at some indoor car wash shops, i ve washed my truck a million times and i dont skimp out on the work so, maybe thats my best bet.

I've also just moved to Regina from Calgary. This city is seriously fucked!!!!

Good luck finding a job dude. I've been here for 2 months and still can't figure out what drives the economy.

Oil, and people who own oil. If you don't own oil you're working for someone who does own oil. This city revolves around the people in the petroleum industry and it set up to make their lives easy.

But Regina doesn't seem to have the kind of money that an oil city like Calgary has. I just assumed the industry out here was farming.

Jobs such as Framing Houses, and Landscaping are usually pretty easy to get into.

It doesn't really matter about experience, it's all about just showing up and working hard.

It's spring time so they should all be hiring right around now.

Good luck!
