There appears to have no damage on the fencing so he/she probably drove in from the C-Train crossing? But it still makes no sense how they got the car like that? lol.

Drove onto the tracks, tried to power thru the fence and this happened is my guess

Lol. When they were building that giant ramp on the south end of it last year, my first comment was "Hmm, how long before someone drives up that".

Took longer than I expected though, to be honest.

That is actually really funny. I'm just glad it happened in the evening and not sometime early Monday morning before rush hour.

This reminds me of playing GTA and going for those "insane stunt bonuses". Cant imagine how frustraited the people on the train were.

Alcohol is believed to be a factor in a vehicle rollover on Calgary's C-Train line Sunday night, according to police.

Around 11:10 p.m. MT, police say a 21-year-old male drove his 1998 Chevrolet Cavalier onto the southbound C-Train tracks from 26 Avenue N.E.

He continued driving south down the tracks for roughly 200 metres until he struck a pole, which caused his vehicle to flip on its roof.

The car came to rest on top of the tracks directly beside the Rundle LRT Station.

The driver, the only one in the car, was relatively uninjured but was transported to the hospital to get checked out.

Police continue to investigate the collision, and charges are pending.

The south LRT tracks had to be shut down while the vehicle was removed and the tracks inspected by the city's transit engineers.
