Description :

I have owned this car for 4 years now, originally purchased with 177k on it and a KA24. The car is currently setup for daily driving - you won't have to scour pick n pull for missing interior bits, I've spent 4 years finding it all myself. No stripped interior, nor funky body kits.

SR20 (S14 Blacktop) was installed 3 years ago at Speedtech Racing Development (have all records). I am not 100% certain on the mileage, I was told it had less than 100k on it when I bought it. I have since done roughly 37k on it. It passed the compression test and had a new water pump thrown in during the swap.

The car DOES have rust in the typical places (see pics). Driver side floor rotted out, rotting the trunk/gas release cable in the process (now operated through a cable in the trunk). A large section of the floor was cut out and replaced by Garage Box, and sprayed for protection. Since this repair, the car has not been winter driven. I've done what I can for this car on my budget but it's time it goes to someone else who can use it purely as a summer toy (or just wants a ridiculously fun winter car). The car has never been to the track as long as I have owned it. If I could keep it I would, but I need a car I can drive in winter without feeling guilty.

The car DOES NOT have Hicas, A/C, ABS, power anything except for steering, and no airbags. Safety is for the weak! :thumbsup: But it does have a manual sunroof (no leaks)!

3'' downpipe with cat (it's quiet at idle, and loud at full throttle)

Ebay front mount intercooler (huge torque increase) with custom hot pipe to fit S13 chassis

Turbosmart boost tee manual boost controller (set to 12psi)
Walbro 255 fuel pump (soldered in, not crimped)
ACT clutch with machined oem flywheel
Summit Racing battery relocation kit

- just got a nail in the right rear, and had to have it replaced on spot with a General G-Gmax (same size)

Eibach Sportline (lowered 2.2f/2.1r if I remember correctly)

Cup holders out of a Sentra!!! (S13's have no cup holder option - this is definitely on my top mod list)

Maintenence:

Oil changed every 5000 with synthetic, valve cover gasket recently replaced, differential fluid changed last season, new fuel sender unit with o-ring


Notes:

Radio does not work
Ciggarette lighter does not work (comes with a replacement unit that I am too lazy to install)
5'' crack in the windshield, right inside the shaded part - you don't even notice it
Makes a click noise sometime when turning left, not sure why. I know a few other S13 owners who've had the same noise for years with no trouble.

Accident history (while I've owned it):

Hit twice on the driver side when parked in front of my house :thumbsdow . Front left fender was replaced.

Extras :PDM Racing/Bomex front lip, unpainted and never installed, single KYB GR2 rear strut, misc. interior bits, winter tires mounted on oem rims, and a unpainted center console

If you're interested, please do have a good look at the pictures. Too many people are surprised when they see the rust and how there's been foam sprayed to seal some holes. If you actually look at the ad, there is clear photo documentation of this so there should be no surprises when you see it in person. Not trying to be jerk, but please don't waste my time and make me drive around the city only to be shocked at the rust, when the photo's are there.

edit: and yes I have all the documentation for the SR20 swap, and just about everything else :thumbsup:

No trades unless it's a blue or white G35 coupe (preferably with Brembo's), or an RSX Type S. If it's the ladder, first gen would have to be white or red, second gen would have to be blue. Both must be manual.

Some strange electrical problem has arisen. Headlights go up, but only the passenger side lights up. Dash/boost lights are dead. Made two trips to the mechanic and it worked both times when I was leaving, until you hit a hard bump, then it's all gone again. FIXED

If I get it fixed next week, price goes back up.

Electrical problem 99% fixed! Dash lights don't come on, but the boost gauge does. Everything else is fine. Throw me an offer! Car will be in town permanently in Calgary, come tomorrow night.

Got the door open. Linkage is misaligned, I may be able to get it back into place permanently, we will see. For now, the door can be opened by manually operating a mechanism while the door skin is off. A new (used) door can be had for cheap.

Door was just replaced! Opens fine now (small dent remains on quarter panel). Car now has black mirrors on both doors

Final price adjustment, and pics as it sits right now. Small dent remains on quarter panel from the hit and run, door was replaced and works fine, you can peel off the pinstripe if you want. Both mirrors are now black. Gauge cluster does not light up, but needles work. I have one of those LED lights you can strap on your head, wrapped around the steering wheel for night time driving. Works great! :thumbsup:

$4000 with summer rims, FIRM
$3500 with oem rims on winters, FIRM

You could buy it, then part it out for more money!
