Anyone have dealings with Graham Auctions? Good or Bad?

Someone I know is interested in a vehicle there, but I've never dealt with this auction place before.

Anyone have experience or know of history with the company? Good bad?

What's to deal with? they're just a mediator between the 2 parties, they just take your cheque and pass it on...
