I have personally never had a major problem with it at all(except i swapped a used tranny in for better shifts, shifts great now). As for the car..
Has 97 bumpers, door spears, spoiler
Boost gauge, water temp and oil pressure in 3 pillar

Injen intake

new rear pads
replaced passenger CV
all lower balljoints
tie rod ends.
Timing belt and tensioner
new plugs and wires
(all done in 10/07) except***
master and slave cylinder replaced and oem clutch

I have receipts for all this and alot of the previous owners receipts.
Brand new battery with 3 year warranty
Car has rust on the driver side fenders and has 250,000 plus kms( cant be sure as the odometer was replaced at 200,000 a year or 2 before I got it) .
