Pretty sure you can buy them online. I use to get them for my sister's kids that way.

or I read the recreation centre on the forces base sells them really cheap (if you're going to be in the north end of deadmonton at all beforehand).

I checked the community centre the megavolt mentioned, they do sell passes for $23 each.
