SCROLL TO BOTTOM FOR PICS

Up for sale is a car that has been my daily driver and baby for years (although you can tell I don't drive much). I started with it and babied it right down to the bone. Only Mobil 1 synthetic has been used every 5k on the dot (most of the time every 3.5k). I have only used premium 91 grade fuel. Service records available as well. I am a believer in preventative medicine so this car has a ton of options that has made it my reliable daily. If you want a car that someone has loved the car and put a lot of time, money and heart into it for a good price then this is it. It will go for at least 200,000 km to someone who keeps up the maintenance. Car runs perfectly and needs nothing. NO RUST. Parked underground for all its life.

You are welcome to bring a mechanic to inspect at your cost, or else have SilverHill Acura inspect at your cost.

Mileage: 74,XXX original km - Canadian car.
Exterior Color: Metallic Blue
Interior Color: Black Leather
Transmission: Automatic
Body Style: Sedan
Drive: FWD
Contact Number: (403) 399-3831

PRICE:: $12,499 OBRO

Fuel Economy: I have calculated manually and accurately - 6.5-6.7 l/100km on the highway and 7.2 l/100km in the city. This is with normal every non-hyper mile driving =). Costs about $45-$50 to fill the entire tank with premium. You can use 87 grade fuel as it is rated for it - but I never have.

I've done everything I can to the car so time to start a new project. On with the specs:

Standard Features: Premium package, Power steering, auto power windows, power mirrors, heated seats (both front - working), heated mirrors, auto climate control, A/C (blows cold), Heater (blows hot), cruise control, power moonroof/sunroof, intermittent wipers, Automatic transmission, 1.7L 4cyl engine, power trunk and gas release, leather seating surfaces, rear and front defrost, foglights, 100% fold down rear seats, original and never used spare tire and jack in trunk. Comes with winter rubber floor mats (from SilverHill).

Additional Features:
- Custom Stereo System (thousand$ spent on this: Pioneer AVIC Z120BT head unit with bluetooth, navigation and Ipod Control) - will INCLUDE the 8GB Ipod Nano (new gen) that I got for this car. Alpine Type R speakers all around powered by 4 channel Alpine premium amplifier under passenger seat. Custom sub box (MTX thin mount sub) and CAP in the trunk off to the side (does not impede storage or fold down rear seats), powered by a separate mounted monoblock alpine premium amplifier. Sounds amazing. I have never dialed it all the way up and it is tuned all the way down since install. I am an audiophile and enjoy crystal clear music.
- DYNAMAT: The entire car has dynamat (multiple layers). About $4000 worth of this stuff on roof, side panels, underneath the seats and carpeting, pillars, entire trunk including under spare, etc. Pictures of install available.
- HID (6000k) BiXenon Headlights with adapters (so the light isn't scattered) - BiXenon meaning hi/low beams are HID. Install was done by "HID Pro."
- Stainless Steel Braided Brake Lines installed 1000km ago
- Authentic Huper Optik Ceramic Tint with lifetime warranty (25% all around). The best kind of tint money can buy.
- 3M paint protection on entire front of car as well as mirrors and headlights. Yellow 3M applied to foglights (can be removed if the buyer does not like the look). Comes under warranty from the same shop that tinted.
- Both sets of keys including a switchblade key that was cut and programmed by the Acura dealership (Silverhill).
- TWO sets of rims (stock with summer Potenza; winter steelies with dedicated winter tires) - Good amounts of tread on both left.

Maintenance/Preventative:
- All brake pads and rotors were replaced 500km ago (drilled rotors and Bosch pads)
- All fluids were changed 1000km ago - Coolant/Brake/Power Steering/Tranny
- Timing belt and water pump were done at the recommended 8 year interval earlier this year (even with low KM). Spark plugs were also done at the same time.
- New battery installed in December.
- All regularly scheduled maintenance done to the car as per Acura guidelines and schedule.
- Cabin and air filters changed 2000km ago.
- There are no leaks and no issues with the car at all (suspension tight, bearings checked, car shifts smooth as butter).
- Interior is in amazing condition with no tears or rips/marks in the leather.
- New Bosch Wiper Blades installed 500km ago.

The Bad (disclosure):
- There are a couple of door dings on the doors from Safeway parking lots (what you gonna do?). Not noticeable and no paint transfer, just tiny dings. A couple of paint imperfections but nothing major to note (its 2004 year after all). No accident damage on the car.
- Windshield has four tiny cracks that have all been filled, the largest the size of a shirt button in the center of the windshield.
- The car could probably use a detail (it's not showroom but it is in EXCELLENT condition) as its been about 6 months since it's been fully done.
- Oil change is due in 1500km (last done about 3000km ago), but I can negotiate this into the sale if needed.
- Alignment is excellent but I usually have them done every year after winter - I have not gotten it done this year.
- There are a couple of clips in the trunk missing that holds down the carpet above the spare. These were accidentally thrown away when the audio install happened and I just noticed it last night. However, its only the center clips so the carpet isn't moving around or anything.
- The little retaining ring that keeps the gas tank cap dangling when opened was broken off. You just unscrew the cap and set it on top of the pump to fill. I think this is a $10 part and never liked it as dangling caps usually scratch paint.

Feel free to contact me by text, phone or email. No tire kickers, no test pilots, I will entertain lowballs (as in I will be entertained by them, then delete them). Serious buyers only please with money. I am in no rush to sell and will keep it listed until the right buyer comes.

I am however willing to haggle but only in person and with someone who is showing me cash. If this ad is still up, it's still available.
