I have used those little trees and those expensive CS-X3 Japanese made air fresheners but they seem to last for about a week and that's it.. So my question is what do you guys recommend that smells good and will last for at least a month or so...

:dunno:

I once saw one of those leaf shaped air freshener that smelled like Davidoff Coolwater. :Pretty inexpensive. I do like the japanese ones (forgot the name), squash scent.

Make 3 pieces of bacon every other morning, eat two, hang the 3rd one from your mirror.

Edit: Disregard step 2 if Muslim or Jewish.

Lol, seriously though, the only air freshners that last 2 weeks+ are those glade type ones that you clip onto your vents.

like this one http://www.canadiantire.ca/AST/browse/4/Auto/VehicleAccessories/AirFresheners/PRD~0370248P/Refresh+Your+Car!+Odour+Eliminating+Oil+Vent+Air+Freshener.jsp?locale=en

I put a fresh air spencer in my car when I stored it for winter and set the vents to recirculate. Scent's stuck in there now

I wash and dry my floor mats thoroughly and then unleash a 1/2 can of body spray on them (yes, like Axe lol). Pretty strong the first couple of days but after that it's perfect and lasts for many months.

There's rectangular tin cans of air freshners at Wal-Mart that have the squash scent. It smells exactly like the CS-X3 air spencer squash scent.

I think they are $3.99 each. Lasts about the same time as the air spencer but it's less than half the price of a refill.
