Do these come with any rails at all? or what do they come with in the manner of general mounting?

A pair of seats. It's really no different than picking up a set of seats from a store and then matching with the proper hardware for your application.

I can include the OMP side plates if needed. My rails are for a Mercedes which would really limit my crowd. Although I wouldn't mind helping you source the proper rails for your car.
