I'm a bit confused as to how UofC calculates your CGPA (for engineering if that matters). Some people tell me that UofC uses a yearly GPA, where the fall, winter, and spring/summer before that particular fall are incorporated into that year's GPA. Others tell me that every single grades counts towards your GPA, which IMO is how it should be.

If anyone could clarify this for me I would greatly appreciate it. Cheers.

Every single grade counts.

depends what it's for. sometimes it's cummulative, sometimes it's one year. for graduating with distinction its your last 10 full credit courses.

Think they may have changed this to last 15 full credit courses?

Whoops, I fail. Most other faculties use the last 15 full-course equivalents (I graduated from Haskayne which changed to that a year or two ago..).

Last 10 credits is also used to calculate the GPA used for entry to grad school.
