Where to buy Cobra radar?

Why would you want one? Cobra detectors are rubbish. If money is an issue buy a refurb escort redline or V1.

Agree that Cobra is not worth it at all. Go with the Passport but I would suggest going with Antilaser G9 Quad. Mine is installed in both my front grill and bumper. Very clean and 100% effective. You don't know what you are missing if you don't have the Antilaser G9's ;)

Beltronics 995 if you want bang for the buck, I got mine new on ebay for under $200 shipped. If you're really broke, a 955 works almost as good. My 995 saved my ass from Laser coming home from Kelowna a couple weeks ago, was kinda surprised. The thing went off, I quickly slowed down and went into the right lane, about a quarter mile up the road, I see a trap and a cop stepping out onto the road, thought he was gonna flag me over, but ended up getting a car that was behind me instead. Never had much luck with it picking up laser from the CPS here though. Pretty nice on the highway though for picking up those pesky sheriffs which always have the KA on.

I have a 995 that I'll reinstall whenever I get a faster vehicle :P It saved me more than a few times.

The reason we want the Cobra was because of the remote design, I'll do some more research, thanks for your input.

I have the escort Redline and it's saved me numerous times on the highway. In town I don't even bother plugging it in. The 9500 would be best if you're doing a lot of mixed or predominantly city driving.
