I moved into a new house back in May and have decided to start putting together a home gym.

Things purchased so far.

Power/Squat Rack

F/I/D Bench

Cheapo Bike from kijiji.

Here is a picture of how it looks now.

I still need a couple of things Olympic Bar, Olympic Plates, Weight Tree and flooring.

Anyone know where i can get some off this stuff for decent price or suggestion on type of flooring to put in.

Check out the following places...

I have the Pendlay NexGen HD Bushing Bar, it is the best Oly bar for the price.

That is a nice looking rack

Dude, kijiji is the best.
Got a precor elliptical 5.19 for pennies on the dollar. MRSP was $2,800 and got it for 200. Works perfect, could prob sell it for 600~800 bucks if i ever wanted to. Just be patient and look everyday.

If you want it fast for the olympic weights, go to either Fitness Depot or GoMango, and get the set. The olympic bar is not the greatest but you can always upgrade later if you want to get into the olympic lifts.

I have the powertec rack with lat attachment & bench. I got my plate tree from go mango. And i have a recumbent bike and elliptical. I am slowly building up my rubber hex dumbbells set. I still need to get the flooring too.

Thanks for all of the links.

Going to probably get an Oly weight set from fitness depot. Does anyone have any experience with CAP weights i read some other reviews about them not always weighting as much as they should off by a pound or two.

I was looking at the rouge fitness website and the Dip belt looks amazing thinking about picking that up.

Yeah, Cap is alright I guess. It is the best deal mind you.

I bought 400lbs of Cap.

Wait till they go on sale if you can, I snagged mine for .68 cents/lb. Better than most used deals.

Is that an EFS rack? Looks nice.

I'm gonna start piecing together my mighty home gym, gonna be awesome!

Go to UFA for the horse stall mats. Best flooring price IMO.
