Iphone music to Itunes?

Hey Guys,

I just got a new computer so i had to re download iTunes. When i installed it and signed in, it does not show any of my music that I use to have in there.
Some of my music was downloaded from iTunes and the rest was cds and music files loaded into iTunes.

I am afraid to sync my phone because it may delete all my music on off my phone to match iTunes.

How can i pull the music off my phone and load it back into iTunes?


I have a 4s.

I did this with an ipod 2 days ago

I used Sharepod (http://www.getsharepod.com/) to rip all the songs off the device and then load them back into itunes.
