i say we all meet up at grand prix...or even phils...i can take all the payments unless someone else wants to..once 10 ppl have paid we will go ahead..i think its 58 dollars per cart..u can have up to 3 drivers for the race..pitting in and out or w/e so you can split the cost that way...this time we will have to get all payments before we book because it sorta got screwed up last time we went..where only a couple ppl paid, this is whos in so far

It's ONE HOUR continuous racing, the 'sharing' with another person is so you can pit and switch off as you see fit.
I just assume by default that people want to share, but if you want to go solo, thats all good. :)

Cost is $58 per CART (whether shared or solo) for one hour, you may have to also pay the $5 membership fee if you are not already a member.

I'll have to call Grand Prix with a bunch of questions and then collect payment well before this Sunday.
We still have one whole slot left open as well.

If even a single cart is not prepaid for, it's totally off. (no repeat of ABcars fiasco)
Paying by the lap is ridiculously expensive, $22.75 per cart for 15 laps=about 8 minutes or racing. :bullshit:

If anyone else wants to volunteer to collect, you're more than welcome. :)

Saturday I think is a bit too late :)

Bad news: I called the guy there, it's now $680 total cost for one hour (used to be $580 last time), so that's $10 more per cart, thus revised cost is $68 per cart for one hour :madred:

I asked if we can run 9 carts for $680-(680/10)=$612 total, so it's still $68 per cart, they save gas and cart wear and tear, answer is NO, they have to cover labour costs.

I'm tempted to throw in the towel on this one, unless $10 more isn't too much?
