Replacing the seats in my Tahoe

I have a 98 Chevy Tahoe and the front seats have seen better days so I am wondering if I could possibly put in seats from a newer generation without any major work? Im not really sure how logical it is but if I could find a wrecked truck then it might be worth it to tear them out and put them in my truck.
