What happened tonite on 14st sw?

What I want to know is wtf happened to westbound Memorial Drive at St. George's Drive? Was about 10:20 pm and just starting to back up, possibly 12 cop cars up ahead blocking all 3 lanes, people started reversing and driving up on the median to get to 12th Street.

In the SW, NB 14 Street is closed just north of Southland Dr. Calgary Police say they are attending to an exposed power line. A detour is in place (10:00)

I was coming home from hockey at SLC at 10'ish PM, & saw rolled a 1/2 ton newish Ford Truck. It was northbound 14th ST SW, just north of the Southland Drive intersection.

Looked injury inducing.
