Boomspeed.com gives you like a meg, but their servers are sometimes slow. If you go to U of C, you can sign up for their AIX account and you can upload up to 10 megs into your account.

imagestation is unlimited for pics and video's.

I've got 180Mb+ there w/ my dial-up!
